The Uniting church was first sold on November 13, 2020. It was owned for a short time, and put on the market again, where I had the good fortune to buy it. See link below for original listing. 

Unfortunately almost all the furniture and fittings were stripped, the titles were split, and the garden (sadly gone to thriving weed patch) has been sold separately.
