Queenstown in 1897

The church can be seen in this photo, a third of the way down on the left. The original structure, built in 1897 was constructed of wood. Unfortunately the right hand side of the building collapsed just a year after construction. The wooden hall on the right side still stands, and a new concrete block church was added in 1945.
